Getting Started
Welcome to PT Organizer. This page walks you through creating your account, setting up payments and getting ready for your first client.
Creating Your Account
Download PT Organizer from the App Store or Google Play and follow these steps to register:
Open the app and tap Register
Select Personal Trainer as your account type
Enter your first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number
Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Choose a verification method (email or SMS)
Enter the verification code you receive
Create a password.
Your password must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character. A strength meter shows your progress as you type.
Once confirmed, your account is created and you're logged straight into the Dashboard.
Tip: If SMS verification isn't available, the app will offer email verification instead. You can request a new code if it doesn't arrive.
Completing Your Profile
Your first notification will ask you to complete your PT Profile. This stays visible until all required information is filled in.
To complete your profile:
Tap the bell icon (🔔) in the top-right corner of the Dashboard
Tap the Complete PT Profile notification
Fill in: first name, last name, gender, date of birth, email, phone number and training address
Save your changes.
Setting Your Training Address
Your training address is automatically applied to every session you schedule. Set it early as you'll see a reminder notification until it's done.
To add or update your training address:
Go to Settings > Personal Information > Training Address
Search for your address or drag the map pin to your location
Tap to confirm.
All upcoming sessions update to the new address automatically.
Setting Up Stripe Payments
You need a Stripe account before you can receive payments. A "Set Up Stripe Payments" button stays on your Dashboard until this is complete.
To set up Stripe:
Tap Set Up Stripe Payments on your Dashboard
Enter your contact details: email (pre-filled) and phone number
Enter your personal details: legal name (as it appears on government records) and date of birth
Provide your SSN or ITIN (last 4 digits, or full number if further verification is needed)
Connect a US-based checking or savings account
Review your details and submit.
Stripe may ask for a photo of a government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence or state ID). Upload when prompted.
Once verified, you'll receive a confirmation and the setup button clears from your Dashboard.
Important: Stripe is currently available for US-based PTs only. All steps must be completed, but you can return to finish later if needed.
Understanding Notifications
The bell icon (🔔) in the top-right corner of your Dashboard is your notification centre. There are three types:
Requirement: something you must action before it clears. Examples: set up Stripe, complete your profile, add a training address.
Request: a client needs a decision from you, such as approving a session, rescheduling or handling a cancellation. Choose an action to resolve it.
Information: a status update with no action needed, such as a payment confirmation or unmatch. Swipe left to dismiss.
Notifications appear newest first.

To log in to your account:
