App Settings

Calendar Settings

Control when clients can book sessions with you.

To configure your calendar:

  1. Go to Settings > App Settings > Calendar Settings

  2. Set your working hours (start and end times)

  3. Select your working days

  4. Save.

Calendar Visibility

Calendar visibility controls whether clients can see your available time slots and request sessions.

  • On: clients see your available slots and can request sessions

  • Off: clients can only view and cancel existing sessions.

Sound and Display

  • Sound effects: toggle on or off for app feedback and notification sounds

  • Dark/Light mode: choose your preferred interface theme.

Localisation

To set your regional preferences:

  1. Go to Settings > App Settings > Localization

  2. Select your country (United States only at launch)

  3. Choose your mass units (kilograms or pounds)

  4. Choose your distance units (kilometres or miles).

Account Settings

Updating Your Email

To change your email address:

  1. Go to Settings > Account Settings

  2. Tap your email address

  3. Enter your new email

  4. Verify the new address via the link sent to your inbox.

Updating Your Phone Number

To change your phone number:

  1. Go to Settings > Account Settings

  2. Tap your phone number

  3. Enter your new number

  4. Verify via SMS code.

Changing Your Password

To update your password:

  1. Go to Settings > Account Settings

  2. Tap Change Password

  3. Enter your current password

  4. Enter and confirm your new password

  5. Save.

Your new password must meet the same requirements as during registration: at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number and special character.

Personal Information

To update your personal details:

  1. Go to Settings > Personal Information

  2. Edit your first name, last name, gender or date of birth

  3. Save.

Help and Support

To get help or report an issue:

  1. Go to Settings > Help and Support

  2. Choose from: Bug Report, Account Issue or Help / Support / Other

  3. The app opens an email to the support team.

You can also tap PT Organizer Help Center to open the help pages on the website.

Deactivating Your Account

If you need to take a break, you can deactivate your account. You must unmatch with all clients before deactivating.

To deactivate your account:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Deactivate Account

  3. Read the confirmation message

  4. Type CONFIRM in the text box

  5. Check your email and confirm deactivation.

Your account is deactivated and you are logged out. You can reactivate at any time by simply logging back in.
