This page covers the built-in exercise library, creating your own custom exercises, and building workout templates.
Exercise Library
The Exercise Library contains a comprehensive list of exercises, organised alphabetically and filterable by body part.
To browse the library:
Go to Settings > Libraries > Exercise Library
Scroll the A-Z list or use the search bar
Tap the filter icon to narrow by body part
Tap an exercise to view its details and instructions.
The library is also accessible during a workout when you tap Add Exercise.
Creating a Custom Exercise
If an exercise isn't in the built-in library, you can create your own.
To create a custom exercise:
Go to Settings > Libraries > Exercise Library
Tap the + Exercise button
Enter the exercise name
Select a body part
Select the equipment used
Choose the measurement units (e.g. weight & reps, duration only)
Tap Save.
All fields are required before you can save. Custom exercises appear in the library with a first-letter icon to distinguish them from built-in exercises.
Deleting a Custom Exercise
To delete a custom exercise:
Find the exercise in the library
Swipe left and tap Delete
Confirm.
Note: You cannot delete an exercise that has been used in a workout. This preserves your historical data.
Workout Templates
Templates are pre-built workout programmes you can load into sessions. There are two types:
My Templates: programmes you've created.
Example Templates: pre-loaded programmes provided by PT Organizer for reference.
Browsing Templates
To view your templates:
Go to Settings > Libraries > Workout Templates
Switch between My Templates and Example Templates
Tap a template to view its contents.
You can organise templates into folders for easy access.
Creating a Template
To create a new workout template:
Go to Settings > Libraries > Workout Templates
Tap + Template
Enter a template name
Select a body part focus
Add at least one exercise from the library
Configure sets and reps for each exercise
Tap Save.
Note: You must add at least one exercise with a set/rep configuration before saving.
Editing a Template
You can modify exercises, sets and reps within a template at any time:
Delete a set: swipe left on the set (removing all sets removes the exercise)
Reorder exercises: tap and hold an exercise title, then drag to reposition
Add exercises: tap to add from the library.
If you navigate away without saving, a dialog will ask whether to save or discard your changes.
Deleting a Template
To delete a template:
Swipe left on the template in the list
Confirm deletion.
Using Templates in Workouts
Templates can be loaded during a session:
Start or open a workout
Tap Load Workout Program
Select from your template library
The exercises load into the session.
You can modify the loaded programme during the workout without affecting the original template.
