The Analytics screen gives you an overview of your performance: client ratings, retention, revenue and session data.
Accessing Analytics
To view your analytics:
Go to your PT Profile (right icon on the navigation bar)
Tap the Analytics card.
Use the time period filter to view data for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or all time. Each metric card can be expanded to show additional detail.
Metrics
Overall Rating
Your rating is calculated from client session ratings on a 1 to 5 star scale. Clients are prompted to rate each session 15 minutes after it's completed. Rating is optional, so some sessions may remain unrated.
Your rating becomes visible after you receive 10 rated sessions. Unrated sessions are excluded from the calculation.
Expanded detail shows: sessions completed, sessions rated and the percentage of sessions that have been rated.
Active Clients
The number of clients currently matched with you.
Expanded detail shows: new client matches and unmatched clients within the selected period.
Average Retention
How long your clients stay with you on average, shown in months.
Expanded detail shows: your longest and shortest client retention.
Average Session Rate
The average rate across your active clients.
Expanded detail shows: your highest and lowest session rates, with client names.
Net Revenue
Your total earnings after refunds for the selected period.
Expanded detail shows: total income (with session count) and total refunds (with session count).
Net revenue is calculated as total purchases minus total refunds for the selected period.
