This page covers how to add new clients, manage their profiles, track their progress and unmatch when needed.

Adding a New Client

Tap the Add Client icon in the top-right corner of the Client Manager screen. You have three options:

Direct Match: your client is with you in person. You set a session rate, display a QR code and they scan it to match.

Remote Match: your client is not physically present. You generate a shareable invite link they can use to match from anywhere.

Trial Session: run a free demo workout first, then decide whether to match afterwards.

Direct Match

To match with a client in person:

  1. Tap Add a Client and select Match with New Client

  2. Set the session rate (minimum $50 USD)

  3. Review the net amount you'll receive after fees

  4. Display the QR code

  5. Your client scans the code with their app

  6. Optionally send a payment request straight away.

Remote Match

To match with a client remotely:

  1. Tap Add a Client and select Match Online

  2. Set the session rate (minimum $50 USD)

  3. Tap Generate Invite

  4. Share the invite link via WhatsApp, SMS, email or any other channel

  5. Your client taps the link, opens the app and confirms the match.

Invite codes expire after 24 hours and can only be used once. You can have multiple active invites at the same time for different clients. Pending invites appear in your Notifications where you can share again or cancel.

Trial Session

To run a trial workout:

  1. Tap Add a Client and select Complete a Trial Workout

  2. The workout starts immediately (no scheduling)

  3. Complete the workout as normal

  4. Choose Match Now to proceed to matching, or Match Later to save the trial to your Notifications for later.

Trial session data is only saved if you match with the client. If you delete the trial, the data is removed.

Client Manager

The Client Manager screen has two tabs:

Current Clients: your active clients, sorted alphabetically. Each card shows the client's name and remaining sessions. A red warning appears when a client has fewer than 3 sessions left.

Former Clients: clients you've unmatched with. Their history is still accessible.

Client Profile

Tap a client's name to open their profile. The profile has two tabs: Overview and Progress.

Overview

The Overview tab shows:

  • Week Streak: consecutive weeks with completed sessions

  • Total Workouts: completed sessions with this client

  • Session Rate: tap to view fees, rate history or update the rate

  • Session Details: remaining sessions from the last purchase (tap for transaction history).

Updating the Session Rate

To change a client's session rate:

  1. Tap the Session Rate card on the client profile

  2. Tap Update Rate

  3. Enter the new rate

  4. Confirm.

The new rate applies to future purchases only. Existing sessions are unaffected. All rate changes are logged with dates.

Progress

The Progress tab tracks your client's fitness data:

  • Exercises: history of exercises performed, with records for best set, maximum weight and total volume. Tap a record card to see a progress chart.

  • Measurements: track body weight, body fat, calories and waist. Tap + to add a new record with optional targets and target dates.

  • Goals: set and track measurement targets.

  • Workouts: full workout history grouped by month, showing duration, volume and PRs.

Unmatching with a Client

Before you unmatch, you need to cancel any scheduled sessions and decide what to do with unused sessions.

To unmatch with a client:

  1. Open the client's profile

  2. Tap Unmatch

  3. If there are scheduled sessions, cancel them first

  4. If there are unused sessions, choose to issue a refund or proceed without refunding

  5. If refunding, complete the refund first (see Payments & Refunds)

  6. Confirm the unmatch.

Once unmatched, the client moves to your Former Clients list. Their history remains accessible.
